11.02.2014 - Support Portal v2

The new support portal was launched, and all customers now have access to the new site. We welcome feedback at support@winwap.com from anyone that have any sort of feedback about this support portal.

06.02.2014 - Support Portal v2

The improved support system is in it's final stages of testing. The new system has a completely new look and is designed to adjust it's contents depending on what type of browser is used. This allows customers to browse the Content lists on smartphones, tablets in addition to regular PC browser. Further we added a new direct PDF download of the brochure for all Content titles we present to customers for review. Launch of the new system will be done in the coming days.

12.06.2013 - Game and App Content Browser

We have added a system that allows customers to browse the lists of Games and Apps online, here at the support portal. Users can choose between different formatted lists, as well as view content like marketing images in full resolution directly in their own browser. Once a list is available for viewing, the system will notify the person over eamil. Content lists are personal, so be sure to contact our support if you have requirements for games or applications!

02.07.2009 - Online Agreements

We have added a new system for signing basic agreements online, such as the Evaluation Agreements used for software evaluation. The system should significantly speed up the time to delivery of first builds for new customers. If you have some agreements online that need your attention, you will be notified after logging in, and you will further see a new menu options for Agreements. At Winwap we always work to find new ways of providing better and faster service to our customers.

Winwap Technologies headquarters in Finland has a new Telephone number, which can be used to reach anyone from our Finnish operations. The number is +358-207-661868. For technical support, the most efficient way to get help is still to contact our developers from the Support Case section of this portal. Any support requests we receive this way will be directed to the corresponsing developers directly so that you get an accurate answer to your questions as quickly as possible.

12.04.2007 - New Delivery System

A new delivery system that more accurately keeps track of what versions customers have received, and what versions they should receive as they become available, has been implemented. Some customers may find entries titled 'Delivery system migration entry' in their history due to the upgrade to the new system. With this new system all official builds will be uploaded into folders named with the product name and custom builds and other files will generally be placed in the root of your folders.

15.08.2006 - Personal Accounts

The automatic delivery system has been upgraded. Every person at your company that needs access to this support portal can now have their own personal account. This enables our delivery system to automatically send the delivery emails to the correct persons at your company. If you have not yet received personal account details you can contact support and they will set it up for you.

17.02.2006 - Licenses online

Customers can now view a list of their licenses and terms. This enables customers to easier keep track of license expiration and renewal dates as well as current support and maintenance terms

26.01.2006 - Portal Opened

Support Portal opened. Customers can now login to the SDK & OEM portal! The portal will soon receive many new functions to make things easier for our customers and to make sure all customers have easy access to the newest versions of our software.
